made for this, If you have the required experience we can give
you FTP access to the Domain Server. A $150.00 Admin fee is
charged if you create a problem when you use FTP to access the
Domain. |

| Should you decide
to stop renting the Ad Exchange for some unknown reason we shall
send you a full copy of the database, we shall continue to offer
the Ad Exchange for rental to any other interested third party,
this applies only to long term rentals of 12 months and longer. |
